Unprude PTE. LTD. ("Unprude", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal data of users ("you") of the Unprude mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this policy.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
We may collect the following personal data from you:
- Name and email address
- Date of birth or age
- Responses to in-app questionnaires and exercises
- Sexual health-related information you voluntarily provide
- App usage and activity data, including learning progress
- Device and technical data such as IP address, device type, and operating system
We do not collect or store payment card details. Payment transactions are processed securely by third-party providers including Apple Pay and Google Play, subject to their own privacy policies.
3. Purpose of Collection and Use
We collect and use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account
- To deliver and personalise app content and features
- To track and display your learning progress
- To process purchases and manage subscriptions
- To improve our Services through analysis of usage patterns
- To send you service-related communications
- To send you optional marketing messages, where you have given consent
You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option in our emails or adjusting your preferences in the app.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:
- Service providers who support our operations, including cloud infrastructure, analytics, and payment processors, under strict data processing agreements
- Regulatory or legal authorities where required by law or to comply with a legal obligation
- Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case you will be notified
All third parties who handle your data are required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.
5. Storage and Security
Your personal data is stored on HIPAA-compliant systems hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure it is afforded a comparable level of protection consistent with the PDPA.
Usage data may be anonymised for analytics and product development purposes. Anonymised data does not identify any individual and falls outside the scope of the PDPA.
6. Retention of Personal Data
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 60 days. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for research and product improvement purposes.
7. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your data at any time, subject to reasonable notice
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual obligations we may have to retain it

8. Biometric Data
The Unprude app offers optional biometric login using fingerprint or facial recognition. Biometric authentication is managed entirely by your device's operating system. Unprude does not access, collect, transmit, or store any biometric data. All biometric data remains solely on your device at all times.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyse site traffic. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the website.
