Bea Gomez-Dey

Bea is a Certified Holistic Sexologist, Wellness Counselor, and yoga therapist, serving as Executive Director and Sexology Facilitator at Unprude Center for Sexology. Drawing on 13 years of experience as a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, YACEP) and wellness counseling certification from Cornell University, she specializes in sexuality education that incorporates mindfulness, meditative movement, and somatic self-inquiry. She is dedicated to keeping her practice accessible, culturally inclusive, and respectful of diverse faith traditions.
