Becoming a Certified Sexual Wellness Facilitator
Upon completing Level 2, participants will be certified Sexual Wellness Facilitators.
- Being a Certified Sexual Wellness Facilitator means that participants are equipped to create and facilitate safe spaces for conversations on topics such as sexual health, intimacy, pleasure, trauma, and diverse sexual expressions.
As facilitators, they can help individuals and groups navigate discussions about sexuality, promote healthy communication in relationships, and challenge harmful societal narratives surrounding sex and intimacy. They can also support people in exploring their sexual well-being through education, guided conversations, and structured exercises or workshops.
However, this certification does not qualify facilitators to provide professional therapy, counseling, clinical sexology, or medical advice. It is designed to empower facilitators with the tools to lead discussions and support individuals in a non-clinical capacity while respecting ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.
