You will receive your order in 5-7 business days after you have successfully paid for your purchase. Our delivery partner, NexGo will contact you once your package has been dispatched.

Our logistics provider will be reaching out to you via your mobile number to let you know when and where your order currently is. If you're having problems with tracking, please reach out to us at help@unprude.com for assistance.

Please send an email to help@unprude.com or message us on instagram @unprudeofficial and we will get back to you immediately to track your order. Please be guided that we may have shipping delays due to government mandated lockdowns, and weather disturbances.

Specifically pertaining to toys, they are usually covered by their brand warranty.

You may return the package within 14 days of your purchase date provided that it is unopened and in the original packaging. For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened and used packages.


If your purchase is eligible for a return, we will give you Unprude credits equivalent to the price of your purchase plus a 30% discount voucher that you may use for your next Unprude purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard via PayMaya for all orders along with Cash on Delivery.
